Standard Delivery: Free of charge (3-4 working days)
Next Day Delivery: £4.99 (order before midday for next working day)

All orders are dispatched from Jex HQ in the UK and will be tracked by our courier.

We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours of them being placed (except Saturdays and Sundays) and standard deliveries will be delivered within 3-4 working days. Our courier’s delivery times are between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Friday. If they’re unable to deliver your package safely then a card will be left with a number for you to contact and rearrange delivery.  Our courier will attempt delivery 3 times before returning your items to us.

A signature is not required for our standard delivery but our couriers will only leave items somewhere where it is safe to do so.  If you have a nominated place for safe delivery, please add this to the notes on your order.

If an item is returned to sender, the order – excluding the delivery cost – will be refunded on receipt of goods. A new order will need to be placed to receive the items.

Returns & Refund Policy

We hope that you will be completely happy with your Jex Shoes, however, if you do wish to return your items it’s quick and easy to do so. Just send them back to us within 28 days of dispatch, remembering to include a proof of purchase.  All returns must be in their original condition and packaging and should be sent to:

We would recommend using a tracked service and obtaining a proof of posting from your Post Office.  Please note that Jex Shoes are not liable for your items whilst they are in transit to us.

Provided the item is unworn and in a re-saleable condition with all accompanying accessories included, we will refund you within 14 days of receiving it.  We will refund you the full price paid for the item. The delivery charge will also be refunded if the whole order is returned within 30 days. If only part of an order is returned, the delivery charge will not be refunded.


Unfortunately we are unable to offer an exchange service, if you would like an alternative size or style please place a new order.

Faulty Goods

Without prejudice to your statutory rights.

If you believe the goods are faulty please contact us or return your items to us using the returns procedure. Please do not attempt to repair any faults as this could invalidate your return if the initial fault is no longer visible.

On receipt and inspections of the goods, we will either:

  • accept their return and refund the price of the goods;
  • offer a replacement item; or
  • if the items are found not to be faulty, return them to you

Please be aware that goods will only be deemed faulty if the fault has been caused by a manufacturing process and not due to wear and tear or misuse.
